Dispatch

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch in 2–3 business days from Jodhpur. Handmade or customized work may need longer; any different lead time should be shown before purchase.

International delivery

Express deliveries to the USA, UK and EU generally take 5–8 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided. Customs inspection can extend delivery time.

Import charges

Unless a shipment is explicitly sold on a duties-paid basis, import VAT, duty and carrier handling fees are paid by the recipient. Exact treatment varies by country and order value.

Returns

Unused goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the final store policy and applicable consumer law. Customized goods should be listed separately if they are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
