Full-grain character, reinforced handles and room for the things you actually carry.

Small-batch bags made in Jodhpur for customers across the USA, UK and Europe.

Our bags begin in Jodhpur, where our family workshop works in small batches rather than production-line runs. Hides are checked by hand, panels are cut one at a time, and the same craftspeople stay involved through stitching and finishing.
We use vegetable-tanned goat and buffalo leather because it keeps the marks, grain and tonal variation that make real leather worth owning. No two pieces age in exactly the same way.
Read our story →We choose hides for strength, useful grain and natural character. Small scars and tonal shifts are not hidden; they are part of a material that was once alive.
Plant tannins transform the hide slowly and create leather that can darken, soften and develop patina. We prefer it for its feel and long-term character.
Patterns are marked and cut in the workshop, then stitched with reinforced stress points around handles, straps and corners.
Edges and surfaces are finished by hand. A light oiling helps protect the leather without sealing away the natural touch.
Vegetable tanning uses tannins derived from plant matter to preserve hide. It is an older, slower tanning route than modern chrome tanning and is prized for a firmer hand, natural surface and the way colour deepens with use.
It is not accurate to call any leather process completely “chemical-free”; tanning is a controlled material process. Our choice is about avoiding chrome salts and choosing leather for character, repairability and patina.

“The leather smell was the first thing I noticed. My 15-inch laptop fits without forcing the zip, and the bag already has more character after a month.”
James R.“It arrived in London faster than I expected and the stitching is extremely tidy. The colour is warmer in daylight than on my screen, in a good way.”
Emma L.“I wanted a work bag that did not look corporate. This one has enough compartments but still feels simple and handmade.”
Daniel K.“The shoulder strap sits comfortably even with a notebook, charger and water bottle inside. I like that the grain is not perfectly uniform.”
Sophie M.“The backpack feels substantial without being stiff. It has survived rainy commutes and the surface has darkened beautifully.”
Noah T.“The weekender was exactly the cabin size I needed. It came well packed, and the handles feel much stronger than my previous leather bag.”
